of the XS Family to meet the today requirements of the car

High capabilities for connecting to
standard technologies
The complexity of these control systems and the need to
exchange data with software applications require interfacing
not only with customized diagnostic tools but also with
standard PC’s and Laptops.
Therefore the RS232 and USB plugs are needed to be
able to connect these interfaces on one hand to the
standards PC’s in the workshops, production, research &
development areas, and on the other hand to the OBD plug
of the cars.
Furthermore, with the LevelX DLL for easy programming of
own complex applications, Basic+ XS can be used on
different operating systems such as Windows 9x/ 2000 / NT
/ ME / XP.

supplies, one tool supporting both passenger cars and
commercial vehicles.

flexibility,performance and
ergonomy
To enable the easy programming of your own
applications, the Basic+ XS set includes a CAN Monitor
software.
You can acquire supplementary XS® Sequencer and XS®
Monitor applications especially designed to work with
the Basic+ XS . A CANopen software is also available
as well as additional J1850 VPW, J1708,
Single Wire CAN GM W3089 or second CAN High
speed interface.
However technical features and possible extensions are
not the only highlight of the Basic+ XS . Because the
end users need nowadays adapted ergonomy, we
compacted high technology on a small space.
The small size and light weight of this interface warranty
you a good acceptance and an easy use of it.
