The GM MDI2 lite is designed to replace the Bosch MDI2 and can be used as the dealer level VCI (Vehicle Communication Interface) for all the General Motor vehicles.

Supporting every CAN interface imaginable (High Speed CAN for both FD and 2.0b Frames as well as Fault-Tolerant and Single Wire CAN) along with added LIN and K-line support allows the MDI2 lite to be used with any modern day vehicle application.

The simultaneous quad-CAN channel configuration makes the uses of this tool limitless: data acquisition, flash reprogramming, data recording, diagnostic application interface and more.

The MDI2 lite diagnostic tool comes with a J2534 API to support GM dealer diagnostic application GDS2, RDS3, GM engineering application DPS, and other engineering applications and J2534 diagnostic applications.

CAUTION: The GM MDI1 and clone GM MDI2 can not work with newest GM vehicles with CAN FD modules, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE CLONE MDI2.
